Materials and construction:

  • Type 1 bed frame is made of metal square profile tube 40×40 mm with wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm, steel grade St3.
  • Consists of a metal welded mesh with cell size not exceeding 80×80 mm and wire thickness not less than 3.0 mm, which is attached to the outer frame around the perimeter with springs in a quantity of not less than 32 (thirty-two) with a length of not less than 60 mm, diameter not less than 15 mm, wire thickness not less than 2.5 mm.
  • The bed frames are attached to the posts using wedge-shaped connections, namely: wedge-shaped plates made of steel with thickness not less than 4.0 mm and wedge-shaped “pockets” made of steel with thickness not less than 2.0 mm and attached by welding.
  • The upper and lower headboards of the bed are connected to each other using connectors made of polyvinyl chloride (hereinafter – PVC) or its analogues (appearance is shown in Appendix 1 or another form capable of performing the functions assigned to the connection).
  • The legs of the upper and lower headboards of the bed are closed with plugs made of PVC or its analogues (appearance is shown in Appendix 1 or another form capable of performing the functions assigned to the plug).
  • Materials and components according to current regulatory documents.
  • Coated with dark gray paint according to current regulatory documents with prior approval from the customer.
