Military bunk bed with ladder

Materials and construction:

• Bed Base Type 1: made of square-section metal profile pipe 40×40 mm with a wall thickness of at least 2.0 mm, steel grade St3. A welded mesh is installed on the base, made of 3.5 mm diameter steel wire with a 75 mm mesh size. All mesh ends are bent to reduce the risk of injury and increase mesh durability. The wire ends do not protrude above the surface. The mesh is attached to the bed frame using 2.5 mm springs — 34 springs per bed base. The bases are fixed to the vertical supports using wedge-shaped connections.
• Upper and lower headboards are made of square-section metal profile pipe 40×40 mm with a 1.5 mm wall thickness (steel grade St3) and 20×20 mm with a 1.2 mm wall thickness (steel grade St3). They are connected using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) connectors.
• Ladder is made of 20×20 mm square-section pipe with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm, steel grade St3. All open pipe ends are sealed with plastic caps.

Bed set includes: upper headboard – 2 pcs; lower headboard – 2 pcs; bed base – 2 pcs; internal caps – 8 pcs; connecting caps – 4 pcs; external caps – 4 pcs; ladder – 1 pc.

Coating: matte black paint, as agreed in advance with the customer.
