Single bed on a metal frame

The bed has a metal frame and sleeping platform, rounded headboards on both sides, and solid side panels.

• Body materials – the frame is made of 40x25x1.5 mm section tubes. Open pipe ends are covered with plastic plugs.
• Painting – powder paint in a color agreed upon with the Customer.
• The sleeping platform is made of 40×40 mm and 40×25 mm metal profile tubes and consists of a welded mesh with a wire thickness of 3 mm and a 70×70 mm cell size. The ends of the mesh along the perimeter must be bent 180 degrees. The mesh is attached to the platform using springs with a wire thickness of 2.5 mm.
• The sides and head/footboards of the bed are made of laminated chipboard, at least 16 mm thick. The head/footboards and visible ends of the side panels are covered with a plastic edge, at least 1 mm thick.
