To collect the goods from the carrier, you need to:
Bring your ID and declaration number (it will be sent to the mobile phone number specified in the order).
Upon receipt, be sure to open the parcel in the presence of the carrier’s representatives and check the integrity and completeness of the order. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of the goods, you have the right to draw up an acceptance certificate and a claim with the courier service employee.
After receiving the goods from the carrier, no claims regarding the integrity and completeness of the goods will be accepted!
