Shelter bench with polyurethane edge

Overall dimensions when assembled (l/w/h):
2000x300x460 mm.

The bench consists of a metal frame and seat:

• The frame is made of solid welded steel tube 25×25 and coated with powder paint, the legs of the frame are closed with plastic plugs with adjustable supports.
• The seat is made of 18 mm HDF board with rounded corners.

All seat edges are covered with solid cast polyurethane plastic at least 5 mm thick.

The edge has a radius of at least 4 mm on the top and at least 2 mm on the bottom to reduce the chance of injury and improve comfort and durability.

The polyurethane edge protects the edges of the product from damage and moisture better than traditional edge types.
