Bunk bed on a metal frame

Overall dimensions when assembled (l/w/h):

Bed size, mm: 1900 mm × 800 mm.

Metal frame for the base and bed, rounded headboard and footboard, solid side panels.
Body materials – the frame is made of tubes with a cross-section of 40x25x1.5 mm. Open pipe ends are covered with plastic plugs.
Finish – powder paint in a color agreed with the Customer. The bed base is made of a metal profile tube with a cross-section of 40×40 mm and 40×25 mm, it consists of a welded mesh with a wire thickness of 3 mm and a 70×70 mm cell size.
The ends of the mesh around the perimeter are bent 180 degrees. The mesh is attached to the bed base with springs with a wire thickness of 2.5 mm.
The sides and head/footboards of the bed are made of laminated chipboard with a thickness of at least 16 mm. The head/footboards and visible ends of the sides are covered with a plastic edge, at least 1 mm thick.

Color of the frame and laminated chipboard: is agreed with the Customer.
